  • Cancellation/No Show Policy

    We ask all clients to provide us with a credit card in order to secure your appointment time. Should you have to cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a 50% charge will be administered to your credit card for each booked session(s). Appointments booked inside of the 48 hour cancellation window, are confirmed appointments when booking. No shows will be charged 100% of service cost. Appointments can be canceled by calling the salon or emailing us at info@blowoutbeautyanddrybar.com.  Please arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment. We, in turn, will do our best to minimize your waiting time. 

  • All gift certificates and packages expire ONE YEAR from the purchase date.

  • ONLINE BOOKING

    We encourage you to book your appointment online. If you don't see your desired appointment time listed online, please call or email us, we often have availability not always shown online. 

  • No returns or refunds on any retail sales. All sales are final.

Due to high demand of our services and booking times, we adhere to a 15 minute late policy. If we are not notified before your appointment time that you are running late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and 50% of service fee charged. 

Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the best service. We understand that unforeseen incidents occur, however, your service will end at the time of your originally scheduled appointment slot and full service fee charged.
